Any purchases made within Australia will be delivered by Registered Post/ Express Post within 1 – 5 working days from the date of purchase. Delivery times vary between different capitals. All customers within Australia will be charged a flat rate of $12.00 per delivery for orders below AUD$150. Orders with an equal or greater value of AUD$150 enjoy a complimentary delivery service. For urgent deliveries*, please contact customercare@eskayaffairs.com. All orders are carefully packed and you will receive an email upon dispatch with basic online tracking details.
*Express Post Platinum is our recommended delivery option for urgent deliveries. Delivery will be made by next business day, if order is made by 3pm WST (Western Standard Time). Signature on delivery is obtained as proof of delivery, and tracking information is available. Item(s) will be delivered by next business day within the Express Post Platinum network.
EA delivers to New Zealand, Asia-Pacific, USA, UK and most parts of Europe within 3 – 7** working days from the date of purchase. Overseas purchases will be delivered by Express Post International and will be charged according to delivery location as shown in chart above. Orders with an equal or greater value of AUD$300 enjoy a complimentary delivery service. Registered Post International is also available as a cheaper alternative shipping option, if selected at Checkout. Rates for Registered Post International are not displayed in chart above. All orders are carefully packed and you will receive an email upon dispatch with basic tracking for outbound and delivery information^. Eskay Affairs will not be held responsible for any additional taxes incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding taxes.
** Standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities and excludes time in customs if applicable, and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
The purchase of products from Eskay Affairs is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with the Australian law.
Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct.
Eskay Affairs is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit. Eskay Affairs reserves the right to decline multiple quantities to one customer or address.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa and Mastercard, Bankcard or direct transfer. For bank direct transfers, please contact customerservice@eskayaffairs.com and we will be happy to organize payment for you. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The credit card you are using must be yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, Eskay Affairs will not be held responsible for any non-delivery.
Eskay Affairs takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible. SSL is used to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet to ensure that your details are safe. We do not hold any payment details on record.
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Web Server Certificates, such as the one used on eskayaffairs.com, are the standard for secure data transmission over the internet and they encrypt all data sent to and from the web site. When you are asked for your credit card details, you will notice that the URL prefix (located in your address bar) will change from the standard http:// to the secure https://. This means that you are in secure mode.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us at customercare@eskayaffairs.com within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please include a:
Postage-paid, self-addressed parcel bag, large enough to return your exchange to you. We do not entertain exchanges if you change your mind. It is your responsibility to ensure that item to be exchanged is in sellable condition, in order for full entitlement to an exchange. For exchanges to be valid, item(s) must be returned within 14 working days from date of notification.
If you receive a faulty product caused by our negligence, please notify Eskay Affairs immediately and the item will be exchanged for you. If item is not available, you have the option of a full refund or a credit note. We are not responsible for any damages caused after goods have been dispatched.
Eskay Affairs is not responsible for any item that is not returned in new, unused and unworn condition. We do not sell pre-worn garments and will not accept the return of any item that is considered used.
All SALE items are final, unless stated otherwise or authorized by our service representatives.
REFUNDS
If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at customercare@eskayaffairs.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase. The item must be sent back within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. Any items returned after the 14 days will receive credit only. Once the product is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the product has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or account. Refunds will be made within 14 days of the cancellation notice. Please note that lingerie and swimwear will only be accepted if the hygiene strip is still in place.
We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the product and try it on when it is received to ensure you are satisfied with the products. Refunds and exchanges will not be permitted upon failure to contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Items to be returned from outside Australia should be sent no slower than registered air mail and must be endorsed 'return of goods'. You must pay the return carriage charges, and the same applies to exchanges.
